Jeffrey Packard is a proud member of the 2026 World Photographic Cup-winning Team USA, based in Boulder, Colorado. He is a visual storyteller specializing in portraiture, events, and adventure-driven narratives. After graduating with a BA in Fine Arts from USC in 2005, he embarked on a life in business; starting several companies spanning real estate, technology, and energy. In 2016 he stepped down as the CEO of his energy company to travel the world for a year. That year became nine as he transitioned from the corporate world and embarked on a transformational journey that spanned six continents and 37 countries, ultimately landing in Colorado at the end of 2024.
